Great apartment in a lovely area.

Great apartment, spacious and modern. The apartment was well-equipped and had all the essentials required when staying away from home. Good outdoor space and the hot tub was lovely, the enclosed garden was also perfect for the dog. Great location also, quiet but with lots to do in the surrounding areas. We had a great time and would definitely book again in the future.

We just had a couple of small negatives. There was no remote control for the TV in the 2nd bedroom, the arm of the settee was broken and the bin area located at the back of the cottages wasn't fit for purpose. The bins were full and overflowing when we arrived and just got worse throughout our stay, the rubbish had spilled over on to the floor around and looked unsightly.

2 day family break

Spacious, modern and comfortable accommodation. Well catered for with great facilities. In a lovely quiet location with plenty of outdoor space.

Just a few issues to address: Loose toilet seat to ensuite, uncomfortable for sitting (ouch!) Door to bathroom sticking and difficult to open from inside. Kids getting stuck in. Trip hazard, rug in kitchen curling up at edges

Spacious well equipped apartment. Good location. Hot tub was a nice addition. Plenty of room for 5 people and dog welcome without lots of restrictions.

A gem of a stay

The apartment has 3 double rooms with the largest being ensuite. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows quilt soft. TVs in all rooms. It's is an open plan living room and kitchen with everything you need. All cleaning products are provided. The hot tub was running and perfect temperature for us arriving and ample black towels provided for that. (The only downside i can make for hot tub area is there is not hooks to hang towels or robs to keep them off the ground, also a canopy would be good over the hot tub in case the weather is bed along with an outside light. The rear garden is big with a BBQ and firepit if required and ample seating. There is ample free parking An added bonus is there is a microbrewery 30 seconds walk from the front door also with a bar. It closes at 9pm, so no loud noises late at night. When we were there, they had entertainment on along with street food. We didn't really venture out of the apartment apart from a walk to the waterfall. Advice for this, if wet, expect to get dirty shoes. We will certainly be visiting there again in the future.

As mentioned, the few things for the hot tub. Also, we only booked for 2 nights and could have easily stayed longer

What a find - perfection!

This place is outstanding - spotless, nicely decorated, has everything you need and more. Cannot recommend enough. I would like to compliment the property manager who was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous!

Wonderful staycation in rural Northumberland.

Lovely location, very private, great parking, despite the small issues mentioned, this is a great sized property for six people with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Hareshaw Linn waterfall walk is stunning, micro brewery right outside property (very quiet) and Keilder an easy drive away. Bellingham Heritage Centre is well worth a visit for adults and kids. Everyone very welcoming and friendly.

Property could be a little better maintained and cleaned. Doors on bathrooms very difficult to close properly, shower doors also not fully closing, most of us found the beds too hard and first impression a little poor because hallways need repainting. Could do with a guide on how to use the oven, we worked it out eventually after thinking it wouldn't heat up.

Truly amazing relaxing weekend. We definitely recommend and will be back!

We loved every thing about the property. The minute you walk through the door you can see how clean the property is and it smells amazing. It is finished to an extremely high standard and the owners have thought about everything you could possibly need inside and out. The hot tub is an added bonus and is truly amazing!

Reasonably well equipped, nicely furnished, clean and tidy. The hot tub was a nice added extra.

The main bedroom and ensuite was cold due to the radiator not working. We reported it but no action taken as far as we were aware. The bed was very firm and the pillows hard. All the toiletry holders were empty except 1 handwash one. Better not to have them at all than leave them empty.

A bit of luxury not too far from home!

Fabulous apartment with the wow factor, it’s beautifully furnished and the ‘finish’ is of a very high standard. The host has thought of everything, it was a real find and much bigger than we thought it would be. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed from this short break - relaxation. It’s close to the centre of town and handy for exploring the local area too.

I think the hot tub could have been a bit bigger for the number of guests but still very enjoyable.

The property was beautiful and really well equipped. The kitchen was great for cooking meals in and the space was perfect for our family. I would recommend the property to anyone looking to stay in the area which is great for exploring the outdoors. A little further afield in Wark and Otterburn there are also some delightful pubs for evening meals although it does need someone to drive.
