Emplacement parfait pour partir à la découverte de Paris à pied. Appartement spacieux, décoré avec goût, et possédant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. L'accès est très facile et sécurisé grâce au digicodes des trois portes d'accès. Possibilité de se garer dans le parking collectif en face de l'appartement (20 m) et de réserver une place, même si le prix n'est pas donné.

L'appartement aurait pu être un peu plus propre. Une vieille brosse à dents trainait à côté des toilettes et le sol n'était pas vraiment bien nettoyé non plus. Emplacement plutôt bruyant la journée en raison des livreurs Uber eats qui se retrouvent sous les fenêtres. La nuit, l'emplacement est cependant plutôt calme. En cas de fortes chaleurs, il est difficile de faire circuler l'air et la température devient vite excessive.

Lovely apartment close to metro, shops, cafes. We had a brilliant few days.

Posizione centrale in un quartiere carino con ristoranti e bistrot. Pulito, l’host molto gentile ci ha seguito nel check in ed è intervenuto molto velocemente a seguito di un problema ad un bagno verificatosi di domenica, bravi!

Abbiamo trovato un paio di slip in un armadio, magari una maggiore accortezza nella pulizia non guasterebbe. Ma nel complesso pulito!

The location was excellent — very close to the Louvre, with the metro only about a minute away. There are also lovely cafés and bakeries nearby, which made breakfast very easy and enjoyable. The entrance to the building was very good, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. The apartment was reasonably clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the showers were good. The flat had most of the things needed for a short stay.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed in late May 2026, when the weather in Paris was around 28–30°C every day, and the apartment became extremely hot inside. The host provided cooling fans, which helped a little and made it possible to sleep at night, but it was still very uncomfortable. We were sweating a lot during the night and often woke up feeling drenched. This is very important to consider if staying during late spring, summer, or early September, as it can be very difficult without proper air conditioning. We also asked the host for extra pillows, but unfortunately, they were not available.
