It was in the 2nd arrondissement so perfect location for pretty much everything you want to see. It’s a larger apartment for Paris, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for what we paid was very good value and it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a city break

The location was excellent — very close to the Louvre, with the metro only about a minute away. There are also lovely cafés and bakeries nearby, which made breakfast very easy and enjoyable. The entrance to the building was very good, and we felt safe and secure during our stay. The apartment was reasonably clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the showers were good. The flat had most of the things needed for a short stay.

The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. We stayed in late May 2026, when the weather in Paris was around 28–30°C every day, and the apartment became extremely hot inside. The host provided cooling fans, which helped a little and made it possible to sleep at night, but it was still very uncomfortable. We were sweating a lot during the night and often woke up feeling drenched. This is very important to consider if staying during late spring, summer, or early September, as it can be very difficult without proper air conditioning. We also asked the host for extra pillows, but unfortunately, they were not available.
