    Inconvenient and annoying
    Not much of anything was good about the place.
    The management was automated to the point of being trash. Horrible service.

    Disaster, house has problems, management company is a nightmare, and booking.com won't help
    It's near the water, and could be a nice setting if the lawn was watered.
    Staying here was a series of disasters. First, the power partially failed and there was no power to the router, so no internet, and we had no access to the garage where the breakers are. It required many phone calls to get someone to come fix it because the management company has an automated phone system and the person we eventually got to wasn't fluent enough in English to understand the problem. Then the next day, the water failed due to a problem that the management company was already aware of but had not addressed. We couldn't brush our teeth, shower, wash our hands, flush the toilets, etc. At this point the management company did not answer their phone at all. I spent literally hours on the phone with booking.com trying to get them to do something, then trying to get them to help us find alternate accommodations. Shockingly, they said that they took no responsibility for the house and any refund was up to the management company. They claimed that they found hotel rooms -- that WE would have to pay for without any assistance from them -- and would email them to me, but they never did. I called the hotel and there were no rooms; in fact there were no rooms anywhere on the island, so we were stuck. The management company claimed in writing that they would have someone out in the morning to fix the water, but they didn't. Booking.com refuses to take any responsibility, and the management company only offered a 10% (!) rebate. I eventually argued them up to 30%, but only with a lot of time invested, and this of course in no way compensates for the experience. The management company is disastrous, but I'm even more disappointed in booking.com. I have used them extensively over the years and am shocked that they won't help out when there is a problem like this with a property and management company.
