Un accueil chaleureux bienveillant et comme à la maison une vraie famille. Je voyageais seule avec mon garçon de 13 ans, Sarah et Mohamed ont été d’une assistance et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelles. Un excellent repas et la garantie de mes prises en charge en excursion et transferts aéroport. De très belles rencontres.
Situation du Riad appréciable au cœur de la vieille ville.
Le Riad se fait vétuste. Il est sans doute nécessaire pour ses propriétaires de veiller au bon fonctionnement sanitaire et investir dans la maintenance des équipements. Sarah et Mohamed déploient toutes leurs compétences pour rendre l’accueil d’une grande qualité professionnelle. L’authenticité du bâtiment en fait tout le charme.

Cleanliness could be improved, especially towels and bedding. There were some phone calls at night and a bit of noise, but considering the low price paid, expectations were limited. Non-negotiable, whatever the price is: cleanliness was unacceptable.

I liked the warm Weldon’s from Sarah and his son. I liked the location and friendly neighbours. The breakfast was nice, however it could be a bit more changeable and Moroccan style. For instance, no eggs were offered at anytime, having said that Sarah did her best to make sure the breakfast was on time and plenty of it. I also like her company in the morning, chatting about everything and nothing.
It’s a nice Riad, however it’s been let down. It needs renovation, the lights are dimmed, the beds smell, as well as the pillow and covers. I had a room and the water was too hot at one point and goes cold suddenly. The room was cold, apparently the heating didn’t work, however Sarah was nice enough to get me an electric heater. Would want change of towel more often. Can’t expect much as the services reflect to the price paid.
