Близостта до центъра и басейна за плуване.
Апартаментът е в стара кооперация без асансьор и е на 5тия етаж. За хора с двигателни проблеми не е добър вариант. На етажа изглежда гледат котки и миризмата не е добра, също така ароматизаторите в банята не могат да преборят канала.

Very good location, great communication with the host. Comfortable inside, all facilities working.
Place is as we expected. The building is very old and unattended (the staircases are like in a hell movie) but the appartment is like a diamond in that environment.
Everything was clean, working, we had everything we required. AC is a great help in hot days as the ap is on the last floor and it gets even hotter.
Only issue we had is that on the first day we got invasion of ants - a lot in the bathroom and in the kitchen. As i read the reviews this has happened before and maybe the owner can do something now. This usually happens in old buildings where the pipes are not changed.
However appartment is renovated, close to a parking spot, two parks, main area, shops.

The building doesn't have an elevator and the apartment is in the 5th floor.
