The location of the property was absolutely excellent and great value for money, comfy and nicely done. The arrival instructions were a little complicated for key pick up for guests that are not digitally competent or do not have good internet access abroad but when we phoned to clarify the host/ agency were super super helpful and made everything very easy. They were actually really helpful and immediately responsive throughout our stay and we could not recommend them more highly. Would feel very confident renting any property managed by them.
It was colder than expected and the heating isn't really a heating system in this flat, it's more set up for summer so we were a little chilly. On the other hand we could have prepared better for our stay and brought warmer clothes but the weather forecast did change dramatically when we were there so we weren't very prepared.

La ubicación es ideal para visitar los puntos mas importantes de la istoria de Cadiz, y para bañarse en La Caleta. El espacio dentro del piso es maravilloso.
Habia un olor muy desagradable en el baño y el agua de la ducha salía sin presión. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera parking.

I loved the location… quiet, away from Tourist area. The bed was super comfortable and apartment was huge. Even had a nice side view of the ocean from my bedroom… that was nice!
Just an opinion: Unsure WHY I needed to go by the office first… could just skip that step and activate the electronic key code on my arrival day… no need to go by the office… which is NOT near the property. Also did NOT like the Electronic Key system… I had to ACTIVATE my international services or my phone would have NOT worked for the locks. And worried about running out of phone battery life… then how would I get in? Please go back to a Physical Key! (Physical keys in the apartment, but one key does not work for the Building Entrance door! Other than that… an awesome place!
