The house was beautiful, clean, cozy and had all the necessaries amenities. The home is in a very beautiful estate with breath taking views!š
The host Leila was amazing! She went an extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable!
1. The security guard on the day we checked out was very rude! He did not allow our transport into the compound even though we sent the driver a code! We had to drug out suitcases and other luggage all the way to the gate!
2. A telephone shower could be added to the common bathroom downstairs downstairs

Clean and Comfortable Apartment, in Safe and Beautiful Estate. Lots of facilities for Kids and Adults, such as a Jungle Jim, a Clean Pool, a Park and a Tennis Court. Apartment itself was well furnished with everything that is needed. The maid was very friendly and efficient, and provided a fresh set of towels which is always great.
It is a distance to the town centre, shopping areas and beaches. therefore i wouldn't suggest if you don't have a car. But if you do have your own transport, its a short 5 to 10 minute drive to almost everything.

We had 10 nights stay at Castleton duplex apartment 66D. Very spacious rooms and convenient having 3 bathrooms although a bit unusual having the one shower upstairs next to kitchen, not near bedrooms.
It is conveniently located above Plett in very secure complex with great views. Itās only about 10 mins drive to the centre or beach and lots of awesome restaurants around Plett. Our fav Fat Fish and Down to Earth for breky.
The place was clean although bed sheets marked, we thought the place looked more tired than the pictures portrayed. It has most of the essentials but I would say it was simple.
Our main gripe was we found the place very warm in temperature when we visited early February. There is only ceiling fans which were not so efficient. As the building has large windows facing the sunny side it just felt very warm and uncomfortable for us most of the stay. Sometime cooler outside!
The management company were very responsive to messaging but disappointed they couldnāt offer us some table fans so we ended up buying a couple fans to make our nights more bearable.
We had a couple issues during our stay but the management company were efficient at helping.
Overall it was worth the money we paid but the heat and beds did not make it so comfortable for us.
In my opinion this place needs air con for Summer stays.
Certain areas need attention and freshening up. A new decent iron and ironing board would be good starter, bedding sheets without marks, some cleaning products like anti bac and bin bags would be useful and we would have liked some cleaning tools for Weber braai.
They do offer cleaning services but we didnāt want people in the apartment every day.
Also no coffee pod machine which would be bonus.
