BAMBOO CHIC APARTMENT PLAYA DEL INGLES

Die Unterkunft war so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir (65/62) waren 19 Tage dort. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß für uns 2. Die Einrichtung ist relativ neu, gepflegt und hat gehobenes Niveau. Insbesondere die Küche war komplett und mit hochwertigen Markengeräten ausgestattet. Das Internet hat eine hohe Leistung und der Fernseher hatte zahlreiche ausländische - auch deutsche - TV Sender im Angebot. Die Lage ist u.E. sehr zentral zu Geschäften, Restaurants und zum Strand und der Promenade gelegen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, obwohl sie sich nur wenige Meter zum Pool und der Liegewiese der Anlage befindet. Die Kommunikation erfolgte schnell und zielgerichtet.

Sehr unangenehm waren die Krabbeltiere (Kakerlaken?) in der Wohnung. Nach 4 Tagen intensiver „Bejagung“ durch uns war das Problem weitestgehend gelöst. Mit der Anzahl von Tieren hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Auch ist anzumerken, dass das Schlafzimmer keine natürliche Belüftung ( also kein Fenster) hat und es somit schnell etwas stickig werden kann. Das Bett hat auch nicht unsere Ansprüchen entsprochen, u.E. ein ernstzunehmender Schwachpunkt. Das Bad hat gehobenen Standard. Ein Hinweis aus der Sicht eines Mieters: es wäre schön, wenn ein kleines „Begrüßungspaket“ bei Ankunft da wäre: eine Nesspressomaschine ohne Kapseln, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ohne Taps, Kaffeemaschine ohne Kaffee. Alles muss erstmal gekauft werden, um dieGerätschaften überhaupt nutzen zu können. Und ein 5 Liter Wasserkanister zur Begrüßung wäre auch gut. Kostet alles zusammen vielleicht 15 Euro (wenn überhaupt), erleichtert aber ungemein die ersten Tage. Wir möchten nach einer 12 Stunden Anreise nicht erst einkaufen gehen, sondern gerne in Ruhe einen Kaffee trinken. Bei fast 200 Euro/Nacht sollte so ein Service (vom Kunden gedacht) machbar sein und würde sofort ein gutes Gefühl vermitteln.

Apartament jest bardzo ładny, pod względem wyposażenia jest w nim wszystko co potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Położenie na parterze ma swoje plusy ze względu na możliwość bezpośredniego wyjścia na basen. W apartamencie jest klimatyzacja.

Pod prysznicem nie działa regulacja temperatury i woda leci za gorąca. W apartamencie zabrakło kilka drobiazgów które tanim kosztem można by było uzupełnić jak zbyt mała ilość papieru toaletowego (4 rolki na 10 dni dla 3 osób), brak ręczników papierowych, soli i pieprzu, kawy starczyło tylko na kilka dni, brak suszarki na ubrania. W apartamencie brakuje też zamykanej szafy tylko przesłonięte półki. Kilka razy pojawiły się też dosyć spore robaki ale to chyba nie uniknione w ciepłym klimacie.

Easy access to the very nice swimming pool where we enjoyed the quiteness. The kitchen and bathroom in the apartment are also amazing.

Starting with the bedroom looks cheaper quality, the matrass made terrible squeaking noise at every move you take, also both of us had backpain caused by poor the poor support. One day later in another and cheaper accomodation we have a much nicer bedroom including a closed cabinet and dark curtains which are not there in the apartment. The bedroom remains light in the night. We think a better matrass and dark curtains would give better quality impression. Also there is no safe in the apartment. In the living area there is a cross setting due to the impressive but massive kitchen, the tv screen is squeezed on the wall between the corridor and the fridge which means you feel always in the kitchen even laying down in the seat for watching the tv. Then the 2 slide doors going to patio and outdoor swimming pool are very heavy to operate. Not easy and gives poor quality feel. This side could also be more appealing with a dark quality curtain in our opinion. Also there was quite some dirt in the outer door slide rail, and just in front of the door leading to the pool and garden the floor outside and that small white metal fence were not well cleaned. Maybe that fence is public area but cleaning that one would take just a couple of minutes and it's really in front of the apartment. Furthermore there are not enough waste bags provided in ratio with the length of the stay (6 nights in our case). This appartement has very good potential to become appealing for sure.
