Fotos de publicidad no coincidentes el departamento no tenía balcón para sentarse a desayunar y no lo aclaraba la puerta de entrada al departamento es un poco complicada para abrirla y el agua de ducha se enfría muy rápido no llegan a ducharse 2 personas hay que esperar aproximadamente 1 hora por turno para ducharse

Das Einchecken klappte reibungslos, auch wenn wir aufgrund der Flugzeiten bereits am späteren Vormittag ankamen. Alles Wichtige wurde uns erklärt.Die wöchentliche Reinigung wurde stets einen Tag vorher angekündigt mit der Möglichkeit, eine Änderung zu erreichen. Besonders positiv ist die Lage direkt am Paseo. Es ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Einzig am Wochenende kann es bis tief in die Nacht wegen einer Disco auch mal lauter sein. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig. In den Küchenschränken findet sich allerlei und noch mehr in den Schränken unter der großen Fensterfront. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Dusche mit vier unterschiedlichen Varianten.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nach unserem Empfinden noch im Lot, wenn auch an der Grenze. Für den gleichen Zeitraum im nächsten Jahr wird allerdings ein Preis aufgerufen, der völlig aus dem Rahmen fällt. Daher werden wir dieses Appartement nicht nochmals buchen. Schwierig fanden wir auch den Umgang mit den schwergängigen Schiebetüren der Kleiderschränke.

The location and the view are amazing. It was very clean - outside as well and the staff is very friendly and reacts fast when contacted. The bed in the primary is very comfortable, smart tv and wifi work perfectly. The washing machine, iron kit and fan were a great add on!

The bathroom smelled and we had to clean the drain in the shower a couple of times. There was also a problem with the shower door, that didn’t close well (wasn’t tight), so one had to shower very carefully, otherwise there was a flood in the bathroom. There was an issue with small ants in the kitchen, but as song we kept everything clean, it was manageable. There is a build in clothing rack which looks cool, but is not very functional, since wet clothes are hanged in a kind of a closet and need very long to dry. Closets in the primary - big, but so heavy and unpractical. The bunk bed - upper bed is really ment for kids, since it is very close to the ceiling - one of my daughters was scared to sleep up, so i had to a couple of times - wouldn’t recommend to an adult.
