Excelente ubicación y zona segura para andar tranquilo, todo queda muy cerca. Muy bien equipado el departamento. Recomendable

Lovely apartment. It has the feel of an Airbnb, like staying in someone's home. The area was brilliant, close to everything we wanted to get to. We felt safe walking back here at night. There is a small supermarket within 20m around the corner, which was useful too. It was over 30 degrees when we stayed so the air-con was wonderful!
The bar next door plays music until 1am, which didn't bother me but if you want total peace to get to sleep this might not be the one for you, but it isn't a rowdy area. Its a very quiet side street, no traffic.

The apartment was very much like in the photos. It was spacious, particularly the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It was easy access to all tourist attractions and supermarket close by. Good cafes and restaurants close too.
The host met me at the apartment and assisted me up the stairs with my luggage which was great. They were also helpful with questions such as how to call a taxi.
As a solo traveller I felt safe in the apartment.
The downside to the apartment was noise at night. Each night there was noise from what sounded like a nightclub and people. Sunday was a quieter night, however all other nights noise occurred until early hours of the morning making it difficult to sleep.
