Lovely location, spacious clean flat, easy to find parking, keys, etc. Great value for money. Thoughtful owner provided fans for the hot weather.

Nice place for short stays.

We stayed 1 night as it was not far from the ferry. Nice place if you are looking to stay for 2 nights maximum. Keep in mind it's a small town so there isn't much to do. We've met the host outside as he owns a Fish shop in the same building, although he didn't speak English he was polite.

Very strong smell of rotten fish when you are going up to your apartment, however no smell in the apartment.

There was a smell in the hallways and a bit in the apartment. It may be due to the fishmongers downstairs.

A decent overnight stopover

Useful location in the town centre for an overnight stay en route to the Channel Tunnel. Nicely furnished.

The key code that Booking,com had sent us was incorrect. Fortunately, the owner saw that we were having difficulties and gave us the correct code. This needs to be sorted out for future guests. There are many very low (and hard!) beams in the accommodation, with no warning signs, and both myself and my son, who are tall, hit our heads painfully. There was a rather unpleasant odour, especially in the corridors leading to the apartment.

The owner of the property was very pleasant and friendly even with the language barriers. A welcoming host. The property is lovely and quiet. No noise or parties are allowed which makes it a great stay.

Friendly host met us (owns the shop below) and showed us how to access the keys. Nice comfortable appartment with two comfy beds, large open plan kitchen/dinner. Nice location on the square in the centre of the village.

Absolutely top shelf and no worries if you were to book - didn't see host but didn't need too.

Superb location and property for our needs. Bit smelly in the entrance way due to fishmongers shop below property and adjacent to entrance, however this is no the same within the apartment. It is on the upper floor so elderly or mobility issues would be a challenge if you stayed. Everything else was awesome including little things like tuning TV to watch English football, coffee and tea and a bottle of water in the fridge for consumption without charge. Plenty of kitchen stuff and nice touches like table football, games for kids, TV connect gaming console, music provisions. If you stayed more than one night, you would have no problem self catering albeit small Centre with pizzeria and few shops. Close to Dunkirk for our evening visit was fabulous

Bien pour une nuit

L appartement est propre,fonctionnel et très bien situé, c est vraiment facile de se garer. Il y a une excellente pizzeria juste en face Le propriétaire est joignable facilement. Impeccable pour y passer une nuit. Couette de lit en plume , très agréable mais attention aux personnes allergiques.

Si vous avez le nez fin , ça sent la poissonnerie 😅 Il y a une très mauvaise odeur d'égout qui émane du siphon de la douche . Petite déception, sur les photos ,il y avait une machine à café senseo donc j avais pris des pastilles mais malheureusement c'était une machine traditionnelle donc pas eu de café au levé..

Parfait pour découvrir les Flandres

L'emplacement au cœur de Wormhout. Le logement est grand, calme, avec le charme des poutres. Les commerces sont proches, excellente boulangerie pâtisserie près de l'église. Bon accueil de l'hôte, conseils de visite. La bourgade est charmante.

Logement bien équipé, il manque juste une bouilloire électrique, surtout qu'il y a un service à thé.

Ein schöner Erholungsurlaub

Die Lage war sehr Zentral es gab in direkter Nähe 2 Supermärkte und genügend Parkplätze vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war auch sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt.

Die Küchenausstattung an Geschirr war leider sehr gering es haben große Teller und Besteck gefehlt aber ansonsten war alles soweit vorhanden

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Wormhout

Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Marktplatz, aber dennoch ruhig und kleinere Geschäfte wie Bäcker und Supermarkt, Pizzeria etc. liegen in Laufweite. Weiterhin gibt es einen kleinen Park mit Spielplatz in der Nähe. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt wie bei uns kurz vor der Fähre nach Dover ideal.

Die Wärme könnte im Hochsommer ein wenig unangenehm werden, aber wie gesagt, trotz der zentralen Lage war es recht ruhig in der Nacht.
