Great location, veey cleam

No bed side lights, no views, couldnt get the air con to heat! (It was chilly)

Excellent location and everything was well maintained.

We were on the ground floor and our front door open directly onto the street, so all the tourists would look into our apartment.

Beautifully thought out studio with brilliant views. I loved the decor and the space felt fresh and comfortable.

The managing agent communication was poor. I texted a few times to share arrival.time but it wasn't acknowledged. It would have been very helpful to have guidance that the studio is up on the hill and a lot of steps to climb. I was there for a short stay with a small backpack so not a huge issue but it would have been a problem if i had to carry luggage and noone had told me to get an uber up the hill with the cable car out of action.

All the basics you need. You can see the sea in the distance over the roofs and hear the waves. Close to everything.

There was no communication whatsoever. After booking I was requested to fill in a form through a link. I found this weird and offered to answer any questions over WhatsApp or mail. No reply. I called a few times. When someone answered it was short 'uh, o, no problem'. Nothing till check in time. I was a bit worried. I called a few times until she answered. The info to get in was send right after. I got another appartement then the one I booked. I had booked ground floor but got 3 floors up in the attick. It was a nice place but, no wifi code which I need for work and it said when I booked there would be WiFi. So back on the phone, WhatsApp, mail etc... I was there 4 nights but no reply. With 12 appartements in the house you would think they would be on top of the communication with guests. It would also be nice if they answered the phone mentioning their name/DDMstudio instead of 'uh'.
