About this house rental
Cozy villa located in a privileged location and with stunning views over the seafront of Nazaré beach.
It has 1 suite (double bed + bathroom) and 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + cot and 1 with bunk bed + folding bed), 2 independent bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and balcony with phenomenal view, kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, etc ...
Fully furnished and equipped, cable TV with children's channels, games console, all kitchen equipment needed to prepare and serve meals, barbecue, private parking, among others.
Excellent location in Sitio da Nazaré with magnificent view over the picturesque village of Nazaré and surely with one of the best views of the coastline in Portugal.
Ascensor da Nazaré is a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to easily and quickly connect to the village and the beach, with no parking worries. Norte beach (now famous for its giant waves) is a 5-minute drive or 15 minutes away for those wishing to walk.
It is about 35 kms from Leiria (20 minutes) and 120 km (1 hour) from Lisbon with easy access to both by the A8 and about 50 Kms (35 minutes) from Fatima with access by the IC9.
Close to shopping areas for convenience shopping and with many good restaurants close by.
This is a very cozy house, fully equipped and located in a quiet and privileged place, ideal for 1 or 2 couples with children or simply for those who want to enjoy a family accommodation, by the beach, the famous waves of Nazareth or the tourist sites such as the Sanctuary of Fatima, the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça, the castles of Leiria, Ourém and Porto de Mós, the fortified village of Óbidos or the caves of Alvados and Mira de Aire among others.
Possibility to organize visits to these or other places or to ensure the transfer to and from Lisbon airport by prior arrangement.

Fabulous place! Very clean and the views are fantastic from the deck, living room and bedrooms. This is the second time I have stayed here and I highly recommend it. The photos do not do it justice. I would like to return again.

Overall a great experience. The view is spectacular! Accommodations very comfortable and clean. Easy walking to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again.

At the end we liked our stay very much. Great house with fantastic view! :-) Only 10-15 min walk to the light house.
It was perfect, also for our little dog.
The only thing that was a bit difficult, was the checkin and the heating. On the website was the wrong phone number of the host, the message online via platform Fewo dit has an error. It was written that it's heated, but it was not.
At the end we found out the right number by Information service... but already there.
Anyway, important was the urgent help of our host. She was very nice and helped us immediately with checkin and she started the heating later on. Very nice and warm and confortable.
