It was a very disappointing stay, and with no hot water for the last two days. We deserved better.

No breakfast. Location was excellent.

It was a nice house in a good position, but for the price we paid, we expected better. On arrival everyone immediately noticed that the house had not been cleaned properly, but the bed linen was clean. The coffee machine did not work, the kettle was dirty inside and needed replacing, and there was no roasting tray so we had to buy one of those. The biggest problem was that we had no hot water for the last 36 hours. We contacted yourselves twice, and the owners four times with no response...very disappointing. We found a boiler engineer but he could not come to the house until Wednesday morning, which was when we vacated the house. A response to our emails and telephone calls would have been appreciated.

We beleefden een droomweek. De accomodatie beantwoordde à 100% aan onze verwachtingen.

We vertoefden meerdere malen elders aan de belgische kust ... Chalet des Roses beviel ons het meest. Deze locatie scoort 100% op alle gebied. Een smaakvolle inrichting. Meer dan voldoende gerief in de keuken : er ontbreekt niets. Onze host, Céline, was heel attent. We genoten van een prachtige bloemen compositie op de tafel van de veranda. Alles was TOP !

Lage super, genügend Platz, moderne Einrichtung!

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Das Haus hatte genügend Platz. Es gab sogar Spielzeug für die kleinen Kinder.

Leider war das Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe nicht sauber, sodass wir nochmal alles spülen mussten. Zudem ist war Dreck auf der Toilettenbrille. Sofa ist durchgesessen. In der Küche bzw. Essbereich roch der Schimmel an den Fenstern doch sehr. Auch war uns nicht direkt klar, dass eine Toilette separat ist. Nur ein Bad hat alles in einem.

Gemütliches Haus mit angestimmter Einrichtung. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß um vernünftig kochen zu können.

Verschlechterter Standard

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung wenn sie in Ordnung ist auch.

Da wir seit meheren Jahren einen hohen Standard von diesem Haus gewohnt sind, wurden wir diesmal etwas enttäuscht. Nicht ausreichend genug Wc-Papier ein Handtuch pro Person keine Badematte ist einfach zu wenig. Die unglückliche Antwort des Vermieters zum Thema passt nicht zu unserem Standard. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Heizung/Wasser Anlage ist hilfreich und erspart Stress.
