Pretty location, decent place, but zero amenities and frustrating booking experience

The location is really nice, close to the beach and only 10 mins from a supermarket (Lidl). peaceful settings

The experience of booking was overall stressful. I do not mind the fact that there were ZERO amenities - but THIS SHOULD BE STATED CLEARLY (it was buried deep in the instructions section). You are expected to bring everything from toilet roll to bed linen to towels, or rent for 25 eur p.p. Additionally you are charged for electricity consumption out of the 200 EUR deposit you pay in full before arriving. They measure your consumption and deduct it from the deposit payback, but you have no visibility into the reading - they can deduct whatever they like, because they already have the money. Plus, the process of booking was stressful. Asking to pay full amount + 200 EUR deposit before arriving but they do not coordinate communications centrally, so I was being chased by someone else after already having confirmed my payment with their colleague. Once the payment was received by them, they went quiet, when I was asking essential questions about the property. And they expect you to come and fill MORE information once you arrive. Very annoying experience.

good space, nice closed garden which was great for the dogs. beach is litterally across the streets where you end up on the beach where dogs are allowed!

beds and cushions are not comfortable. no privacy in garden and the park itself is very load with group of friends who party till late night.. also the house was not super clean.. lots of spider webs etc.

Good stay, but spoiled by little sound proofing and noisy kids next door. Very inconsiderate.

Comfortable and clean. good kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good outside space, with a handy little outside shed. Very close to tram stop too, which can take you to many interesting places. Beach very close nearby, which is beautiful.

Lack of sound proofing was a major issue. Very noisy children next door woke us up early each day, screaming and being unacceptably loud. Complete nuisance and not needed when on holiday. Early morning noise did spoil our stay. Property could benefit from electric fans to help with airflow when hot. Unsure if we will return (been several times) due to lack of sound proofing. Bathroom starting to get a little bit tired and could do with a re-vamp.

Glad we had good weather

We had 3 bedrooms between 2 of us, so it was spacious, also it was detached, so it was quiet. Big fridge and good convection hob. The tram stop is just at the entrance so we didnt need a car.

You need to bring everything that you might need. Toilet paper, cleaning products, bedding, towels, soap, soup/cereal bowls, washing up bowl or dishwasher tablets. Power extension cable would be useful as there are few power sockets. It was difficult to work out the small oven/microwave, so limited what you can cook, The bath was vert slippery so you may need to bring an anti slip bath mat. The undersheet was very uncomfortable so you may wish to bring your own. The stairs are very sleep and unsafe, so not good for small or energetic children, also the pitched roof makes it difficult for tall people. There is nothing nearby, so it is either a 15 min walk at least, use the tram or drive. Got bitten badly by mosquitoes, was not expecting that!

There were no bed sheets, no towels and they charge you for the energy electricity that you use. For 480 euros a weekend without towels or bed sheet I think it is expensive.

Heerlijk dichtbij het strand in de rust vuurwerkvrij genieten

Locatie is goud, geen vuurwerk, omheinde tuin en heel dichtbij het strand.

Huisjes zijn basic en enigszins steriel ingericht. Geeft niets, neem je zelf gewoon een tasje gezelligheid mee en dan is het opgelost!

Klasse Weihnachten an der belgischen Küste

Trotz der tiefen Außentemperaturen war das Haus schnell aufgewärmt. Die Lage bzw. Nähe zum Strand ist echt klasse. Der Supermarkt ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Diesmal war es es über Weihnachten auch sehr ruhig dort.

Die Fenster könnten mal wieder justiert werden. Die Terrassentüre war in der ganzen Häuserreihe hörbar.

Der Urlaub war eigentlich überteuert für den Zustand der Anlage

Die Lage nah am Strand

Die erste Unterkunft hatte von den 6 Betten keines sauber, die Matratzen waren voller Flecken und auch das bestellte babybett fehlte. Die Rezeption ist nur 4 Tage anwesend, so das ich in der zentrale anrufen musste. Leider halfen sie mir nicht weil sie nur in Notfällen kommen würden, unser Baby musste mit in unserem Bett schlafen was gefährlich und auch nicht wirklich entspannend ist. Am nächsten Morgen gingen wir zur Rezeption und zeigten die Bilder der Matratzen, wir mussten bis 14 Uhr warten bis wir ein neues Haus bekamen. Der erste Tag des Urlaubes verbrachten wir mit umziehen in das zweite Haus. Alles zweimal ein und ausgepackt. Das war nicht schön

Het verblijf ligt vlak bij de activiteit van onze Ierse setter club

het huisje is afgesloten van de andere huisjes via een omheining. alles is gelijkvloers wat handig is als je met honden reist, anders moeten ze beneden slapen en jij boven.

er waren wel wat mankementjes: - de kastdeur van de dressoir stond er los in, waardoor je de kast niet kon gebruiken - de dekbedden waren versleten, waardoor de inhoud allemaal aparte bolletjes wat waren - de berging stonk - vermoedelijk hadden de vorige huurders hier hun vuilzakken met vis gezet en deze waren helemaal uitgelopen - zo rook het toch.

Es war okay für uns, aber nochmal würden wir nicht hinfahren , nicht wenn man ohne Auto anreist.

Das Haus war in Ordnung, es war alles vorhanden, um sich ein paar Tage wohlzufühlen. Die Anlage war sauber, die Angestellten waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktisch war die Haltestelle der Küstenbahn, auch wenn sie 510m von dem Haus, wo wir untergebracht waren, entfernt war, Der Strand war gut aber es gibt bessere. Das dort die Hunde frei rum gelaufen sind, fand ich weniger schön,

Vielleicht wär es machbar, wenn Gäste die ohne Hunde anreisen, ein Haus bekommen, wo man nicht von zig Hunden umgeben ist , Das müsste doch möglich sein, immerhin gibt man ja bei der Buchung an, ob man mit oder ohne Hund anreist. Das Gebelle aus allen Richtungen ging mir schon etwas auf den Geist. Dann hat uns gestört, dass wir alten Menschen die ohne Auto angereist sind und das auch bekannt war, ein Haus ganz am Ende des Parks bekommen haben. Von der Haltestelle bis zum Haus mussten wir erst 510m, bepackt wie wir waren, zurücklegen, also weiter ging es nicht und das alles bergauf. Zum Strand waren es zu Fuß für uns 850m, von unmittelbarer Strandnähe kann man da leider nicht mehr reden. Weiterhin sollten die Gäste bei der Schlüsselübergabe darüber informiert werden, wie das Verschließen der Haustür funktioniert. Wie soll jemand darauf kommen, die Türklinke nach Oben zu ziehen, damit man abschließen kann. Wir wurden nicht informiert und haben am ersten Tag die Tür offen lassen müssen, weil wir erst auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erfahren haben, wie das funktioniert und bei 500m für einen Weg überlegt man sich das als älterer Mensch dann schon, noch einmal zurückzulaufen, um die Tür zu verschließen. Was mich gestört hat, dass war die knisternde Unterlage im Bett und das man in dem französischen Bett immer das Gefühl hatte, man fällt aus dem Bett, Die Matratze war nicht gut, Zum Glück hatte ich das französische Bett für mich alleine, aber zu zweit hätte ich beim Schlafen damit bestimmt ein Problem gehabt. Bisschen nervend war auch, dass die Kühlschranktür beim Öffnen extrem quietschte, da könnte man doch echt was tun. Das Klappern der Lüftungsklappe im Wohnzimmer/Küche nervte auch, aber das konnte mein Mann beheben. Vielleicht wäre ein Badewannengriff im Badezimmer angebracht, es kommen nicht nur junge mobile Menschen in den Park und so ein Griff würde das Ein und Aussteigen in die Wanne um einiges sicher machen. Noch besser wäre eine Dusche,

Gut gelegener Ferienhauspark, nur zu empfehlen

Super Lage, Strand und Ort waren beide fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Den Park fehlt nach meiner Einschätzung eine Gastwirtschaft, damit nicht immer nach auswärts gefahren werden musss.

Es war sehr schön und wir möchten auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!!!

Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub Auch der Hund hatte mit dem wirklich großen Garten seine Freude und konnte die Zeit genießen. So stellt man sich den Urlaub einfach vor.
