Very nice and spacious apartment, perfectly clean and with A/C. Equipped kitchen. Balcony.
Vicinity of the public transport (direct tram to the city centre) - just 8 minutes walk across a park.
Indian restaurant just 100m away with really delicious food.
A bit noisy in the night when we left the bedroom window open as it was not that hot to use A/C.
Parking was always a matter of luck.

The apartment had everything that we needed. the air conditioning was an absolute deal breaker.
soooo many steep stairs

1) very poor conditions for taking shower
2) folding sofa in second bedroom (not a bed, but folding sofa) absolutely non-comfortable
3) gas heating boiler is located in bathroom without window, that is very dangerous
4) the apartment doesn’t worth this money
$$$$
