There were apartment construction / remodel work upstairs between the hours 7am to 11pm, or 1am (a few times), difficult to sleep or put kids to sleep with the amount of noise into the late hours of the night.

Super Lage, große Wohnung zu einem fairen Preis
Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Ausblick auf den Rathausplatz ist einmalig. Eine sehr großzügige Wohnung, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Problemloser Check-In, ist sehr gut beschrieben. Jederzeit wieder wenn wir mal wieder in Saarbrücken sind.

Estacionar es casi imposible, voy por trabajo con un bus relativamente alto y todos los estacionamientos de pago aceptan autos de hasta 1,80 mt. el mio mide 2,40 tuve que estacionar en la calle y una noche me pusieron multa. El estacionamiento fue una tortura...

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die zentrale Lage, der Ausblick zum historischen Rathaus, die ideale Verkehrsanbindung direkt vor der Haustür mit Straßenbahn und Bus zeichnen diese Unterkunft aus. Cafes, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und wer antikes Mobiliar mag, wird sich an den schönen Exemplaren freuen. Trotzdem sind Küche und Bäder modern und funktional ausgestattet. Die Beschwerden anderer Reisender über den unschönen Treppenaufgang finde ich angesehen der Annehmlichkeiten des Appartements für kleinlich. Für eine große Familie oder eine Reisegruppe ist diese günstige Unterkunft hervorragend geeignet, um Saarbrücken zu besuchen.

Unterkunft war nicht verfügbar
Als wir in die Unterkunft kamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass sie nicht gereinigt worden war. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt, er hat sich um eine Ersatzferienwohnung gekümmert, diese war jedoch in keinster Weise mit der gebuchten vergleichbar.

Zentral und für uns daher perfekt!
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, sehr groß, gut ausgestattet. Leider stand der Parkplatz nicht mehr zur Verfügung, aber es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und kontaktlos. Die Kommunikation war ab dem Zeitpunkt des Check-In gut. Vor dem Check-In habe ich leider keine Antwort auf meine Fragen erhalten. Insgesamt war es aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!
