The apartment is clean, pleasing on the eye and has all the furnishings and utensils to ensure a comfortable stay. The arrangements for checking in are clear and easy to follow. Though not always on site, the hosts are very responsive to any requests.
We found the television difficult to operate. That’s probably just our age though! Some instructions would be helpful for other seniors!

This might well be the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in. From the start, the host was incredible helpful and friendly, offering support and advice. Then when I arrived in Torshavn, the apartment was just a few minutes walk from the centre, perfect location. And the apartment itself was perfect - plenty of room, beautifully decorated, lovely furnishings, fantastic quality throughout, great WiFi, a powerful shower - genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more, it was perfect.

The location is excellent
The apartment is described as having three bedrooms. The single bedroom is actually a high bunk reached by a high ladder in the living room, where none of our party wished to sleep, and we did not find this an accurate description. There was insufficient soap and washing-up liquid, which we do not expect to have to buy. The method of payment was confusing. On Booking we were told we would have to pay cash to the host, but in fact we received a demand for a bank transfer two weeks before arrival or our booking would be cancelled.
