Masakali Retreat

The location and the villa itself were superb. The villa was very comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully secluded, which gave us a lot of privacy and made our stay very relaxing. The ambience and overall setting were truly special and ideal for a romantic getaway.

There were some management challenges during our stay, likely due to a change in management about a month after our booking, which did affect coordination and communication at times. That said, the team was transparent about possible delays and tried to accommodate us as best as they could. To compensate, we were upgraded to a more premium villa, and we were not charged for breakfast or for the welcome package, which included drinks, a fruit bowl, and wine. This worked out to be a very good deal for us, and we genuinely appreciated the effort made to make our stay comfortable despite the transition period.

I loved everything about it. The view was perfect, the personal was very friendly and also the bathroom is really special. I will come back here soon.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The place is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere is perfect to relax and disconnect. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive and always willing to help with anything. The breakfast and food were delicious, and all the small details made the stay truly special.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.
