Great location, cozy apartment, nice building with kind doormen/security.
Construction next door prevented me from using the balcony as I didnt want to hear the noise every moment of the day

The property was very clean. It was a five minute walk from the Dubai Marina, which offered many restaurants. A further five minute was the beach. Great location! Mr. Normy was very accommodating. We arrived late and he guided me through the check-in process at 0100. He also gave us a late checkout which was very nice.
The property faces the highway. Fortunately the hum of traffic blended in with the AC. We slept very good.

Ubicación a pocos pasos del metro, caminando a 15min de la playa, en la primera planta del edificio supermercado y farmacia, el personal de seguridad muy atento y me revolvieron todas mis consultas, y la atención de Normy perfecta, siempre que le escribí antes y después estuvo muy atento...
Vi comentarios aqui de la salida de agua del baño, pero la verdad es un detalle mínimo solucionable con la alfombra que dejaron para ello, tiene 100 cosas muy valiosas por encima de un poco de agua que se sale y te dejan en la misma puerta del baño la herramienta para limpiar.. todo perfecto NADA MALO
