Great location - lovely quiet pool for relaxing

I have seen numerous reviews about the paint needing to be done and fixing wear and tear damage/marks on walls and you would think by now they would have fixed that! all the doors are dirty and scuff marks on them and the walls just look they need a good scrub and clean from all the dirty fingerprints

Please repaint the doors in the property. Please renovate both toilets

Although modern styling, some cupboards and bathroom finishing is a bit dated and worn.

The location & overall design of the property is very modern

For years I have been using this platform to book accommodation & none of the numerous apartments I booked have been as inadequate at providing check in information as this property management company! First of all, prior to check in I was harassed with automated messages asking about my arrival time & informing me that I need to fill their required check in site which I had already provided and filled out! They failed to send me the check in information until I messaged them asking for it! The access code provided was inaccurate, I had to internationally call the company upon my arrival & only then did they inform me that I have to download a keyless app and still after downloading the app the lock was not working & we were only able to open the door using a passcode in the app after yet another international call to the company. And I was not told how to lock the door which presented as a safety/security issue! Also there wasn’t any information about how to adjust the AC in the flat. Or where the garbage should be disposed of. Other hosts usually provide a welcome guide which would have all the useful information regarding the flat (access code, wifi, AC control, emergency contact, etc) & the area around us. We noticed the door of the bathroom in the hallway doesn’t close completely providing minimal privacy - the property management company said they would send someone for a maintenance check & even stated what time they would come in but no one showed up & they didn’t even follow up! In all cases they really should have checked the flat & provided regular maintenance prior to our visit! Also they weren’t accommodating when we requested a later check out time & no one came to check the flat (during check in & check out). Be aware that there is a construction site next door which disturbed us in the mornings.
