Luxury Escapes - 1BR Apt with Balcony - West Avenue Marina

Staff was kind, easy access with keyless self check-in. Very good location next to Marina Mall, easy connection to Marina walk, few min walk from metro and tram, 15 min walk from JBR beach and clubs. Spacious, bright, decent apartment. Not much kitchenware but enough for basics.

Very loud due to the main road, even with windows closed; I struggled to sleep. While tidy at first glance, the apartment needs a deep clean: floors left my feet black and doors/wardrobes were covered in smudges. Maintenance is also lacking, with cables hanging under the mirror, scuffed walls, and a room door that constantly gets stuck.

Location was excellent, a block from the Marina, easy access to the Metro, grocery store, shopping, etc. The condo was comfortable and management and security was great! The washer machine was fairly new and the couch was great. The pool was excellent!

There was construction next door and very noisy. The noise would wake us up early and will last all day. The facility needs minor repairs like doors getting stuck and painting. Toilets did not flush easily. Dishwasher machine was old and a piece was broken.

Très belle appartement et propre , il y’a vrmt tous ce qu’on peux avoir besoin. Il est juste derrière la marina et près de tout c’est un 10/10

Очень удобно рядом Марина Молл и до пляжа 5-7 минут. В квартире чисто и почти все работает кроме тостера, он отключает автомат. Ключ карты работают отлично 👍🏻 Наш администратор мистер Норми всегда был на связи, все что нужно администрировал. Если не обращать внимание на шум за окном то все хорошо. Но мы уставали за день и шум нам был уже норм. В квартире есть пылесос, это супер удобно для поддержания чистоты. Постельное белье чистое. Душ работает шикарно. В маленьком сан узле иногда не срабатывал клапан в инсталляции, и вода бежала в унитаз. Надо было кнопку шевелить чтоб сработало.

Под двумя окнами идёт стройка А балконное окно не плотно закрыто и слышно ночью 22 полосы движения плюс метро. В остальном идеально за такую цену в середине ноября.
