A perfect place to stay in Dubai Marina — comfortable, clean, and highly recommended!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect — just a few minutes from the metro and Marina Walk. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, fast Wi-Fi, and beautiful view. Aisha was very helpful and responded quickly to all our messages. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Absolutely AMAZAING.

Aisha was an amazing host. Very responsive, understanding and knowledgeable. Accommodation was very nice, clean and very well organized. We would love to come back again. Big plus for the proximity of the house to the metro station.

A nice and enjoyable stay in the heart of Dubai Marina.

The location was just too good. The Dubai Marina is easily accessible, as is the Marina Mall. The DMCC Metro station (Dubai Metro) is just a 4-minute walk from the property, which made traveling around Dubai just great. The tram station to Palm Jumeirah is also very close, which was an unexpected bonus. There is also a convenience store around the corner that delivers round the clock.

Most things were good and I don't really have anything to complain about.

Good place to stay

The location was perfect & host is very prompt n very good at communication . Kitchen was well equiped

There was leakage in the bathroom n kitchen n furniture was also old n drooping at places. There were no mats outside the toilets n so it got messy. Also as we didn't have house keeping it was difficult to make beds on our own n clean the washroom also. We had to ask for few things like there were no extra towels n napkins n there was no soap for washing vessels n clothes. But it was sent to us on the same day. The host was very good but hopefully they make some changes n can make it a better place to stay for a small family like us.

Price/Quality is OK. Location +++.

Overall good apartment for price/quality. It was easy finding it, and the Host Aisha did a wonderful job for explaining and giving directions/instructions. Check in/out is all contactless meaning we didn't have to meet the Host. Marina Beach is walking distance approx. 10-15min Location is perfect, Parking available and next to Metro station. Can easily fit 6 people. Kitchen has a big fridge and enough amenities, though all pretty old and in need of replacement. 2 Toilets was a plus for a family. Small pool/hot tub/sauna on rooftop was nice for relaxing in the evening.

The quality of the amenities was bit of a disappointment. Only thick covers/blankets available. Apartment is on the side of the highway, so it is very loud and noisy literally all night long (incessant honking). We were still however able to sleep as we were always tired from the day, and it does act as sort of a background noise. Sink in the bathroom falling off the counter if you put your hands on it, would have been nice of the Host to let us know of problems in advance, as to avoid damages. An outdoor swimming pool was advertised, but isn't being operated anymore, and from the looks of it, hasn't been in a long time, those things need to be communicated in advance, as it influences the final choice of a stay. Place was cleaned but not a great job, water was present on the bathroom floor, and some dust/dirt/hair in some spots.

Great host, beautiful apartment, great amenities, and wonderful location!

The location is wonderfully situated next to metro and taxis and easily walkable to the beautiful Dubai Marina and beach. Aisha communicated with us very well and was very responsive to all of our needs. The rooftop pool with lifeguard was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

A very peaceful and relaxing staycation.

Location. Right on Marina (Marsa St). Easiness of check-in & check-out. Parking. Availability of a wide variety of restaurants. Closeness to pharmacies, malls, cinemas, beach and the marina. Our hostess - Ms Aisha - was very cordial and hospitable.

The existing coffee table in the hall can be replaced with a smaller one.

Great stay near the Marina and Metro

The location! Although just next to the main road, which was quite busy and noisy, the location of this apartment made the stay excellent. Just a stroll from the marina and the metro station is just below. It's very nicely decorated with everything you could need. Very spacious 1bedroom with a big living area and sofa bed. Staff was fabulous. Aisha was very nice and professional all along our stay!

Just a bit noisy if windows and balcony are open otherwise just great!

Perfect place to stay in Dubai

Everything is great. This is a perfect place to stay in Dubai. The JBR beach which is the best beach we visited is 13 mins walk which is nothing compared to how big Dubai is. There is everything you need in the apartment, it's beautiful and comfortable, and we enjoyed staying here so much! Aisha, thanks again for your kindness!

Dirty and old. we could have gotten better place for a better price to same loc

Location is good, but it’s not true that is very near to beach it’s quite long walk didnt get chance to even walk through it. The owner is good and was very responsive

*The bathroom’s tiles were dirty and moldy it needs acid to remove those stains i had to buy detol and chemicals to apply and scrub it before we used it * i noticed on the 2nd day of our stay kitchen floor is always wet only to find out on 4th day that it was because the sprinklers are having water leakage, we reported it to the landlord and she ofcourse couldn’t helped it but asked us to check out and get refund from booking.com but we can’t help it due to our tight schedule. We didn’t wana waste time checking in and out again so we just dealt with it till our last days. *finally on 7th day the lights got tripped off from electric supply due to that water leakage so till We checked out we dealt with it again.. * i hoped there is more access card *under the sofas and carpet is really dirty we had to vaccum it ourselves due to we got asthmas *linen and comforter blanket they provided is already used it smelled like a sweat of a man who hasn’t taken a shower for days.

Perfect place to stay with family

This property is so perfect for a family with 2 kids. Ms. Aisha is so accommodating and she manage and kept the property clean. What you see in the photo is exactly it is or maybe way nicer in person. Location.. it's just across Dmcc metro station. Walking distance to Marina, grocery, restaurants, malls are so near. The residence has 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 comfort room. The Sala has enough space for my kiddos to play around and kitchen are equipped with all cooking tools that are needed. With the building property is well maintained and security 24hrs. My kids Iove the pool it has a warm temp. This place has a lot more to offer. Special thanks to Ms. Aisha who give us a warm welcome and asking us what we need even before we arrived, she also allow us to have an early check in as we arrived early. Shes so sweet ❤️

Since it's a residence and not a Hotel the property dont have a place where we can leave our luggages Iike concierge incase your flight is late afternoon. We'll it was a residences that why it's acceptable but the host is willing to help and we appreciate that much.

The apartment was cozy, in great location and everything what we needed was in, matches the pics...I found the host Aisha super nice and she was always ready to help out...appreciated the key box to make the check in more convenient...there was even a travel adapter inside available for us

Sometimes there was a smell inside of the apartment from AC and/or bathroom. But I suppose that's how the building was made, used the air freshener. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

The apartment was a home from home Aisha and her husband have thought of every detail. It was clean it was spacious and any issues or problems Aisha was very prompt in sorting which were nothing to with the apartment may I add. Honest we have stayed in dubai many years and this was far our best stay compared to hotels we stayed in. When we stay in the future we will definitely be staying again if it is available. The 2 pools were good too the rooftop one on the smaller side and downstairs much bigger and the pools very clean and quiet

Great for family of 5

The hosts are friendly and ready to help. The apartment has parking, is near to metro. The balcony is generous and the sun did not get there during day. It is a clean apartment, the building facilities as playground and pools are nice. Also we used the menu from shelters to order food at reasonably price. It is a quite building, but the noise from the main street is heard (not a bad thing, but to be aware of it), but is Dubai :) not a mountain zone. We get full moon on our time and was a beautifully image. Thank you for all.

An adaptor for electricity (UK type is in UE, the European ones are not matching) it will be nice.

the detail is very nice, the hosts are brilliant and it was the perfect place to go after a long day in work-for me. for my friend who works from home he found the location perfect to be able to go to restaurants etc. AMAZING bakery right next to the apartment! very comfortable and convenient stay, we will book again for sure.

Отличное расположение, пляж в 10-15 минутах ходьбы, метро, магазин-всё рядом! На крыше сауна, теннис, бассейн! Хозяйка по моей просьбе купила нам посуду, так как для кастрюль не было крышек на кухне. Очень быстро отреагировала на запросы по поводу постельного белья.

Мебель в квартире уже достаточно старенькая, но это не мешало отдыху) Окна выходят на трассу, достаточно шумно. Однако, из окна и с балкона открывается шикарный вид, особенно красиво в ночное время.

A fost un sejur minunat. Apartamentul arata exact că in poze . Bucătăria utilata, am apreciat faptul că a avut și mașina de spălat. Gazda este foarte promta și de ajutor. Foarte ușor de găsit apartamentul . Statia de metrou este chiar în fața reședinței. Plaja la 10 minute de mers pe jos, se poate lua și metroul care costa foarte puțin. Pe scurt recomand acest apartament și aceasta zona este foarte aproape de orice.
