beautiful apartment in front of JBR, and my first ever 10 rating on Booking

The apartment offers a front-facing view of JBR, with a balcony that provides a sea view. The interior features spacious nice furnished rooms, each equipped with its own independent air-conditioning system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and a washing machine. Its location near JBR provides easy access to the beach, dining options, and local attractions. Overall, the apartment delivers a comfortable and well-appointed stay with impressive views and practical amenities. The host, Alessandro, and the person who met us, Ms. Hla, were courteous, responsive, and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.

Nothing to report related to the accommodation, except a bit complex administrative (paperwork) process preceding the check-in. On the surroundings: - Traffic can be a nightmare especially during the weekend; - Supermarket close to the location is average, with some higher prices compared to others.

Only dislike I had was one elevator was out of service so sometimes longer waiting times.

The landlord and all his stuff are very professional and friendly. The apartment has a nice view to the city. All facilities are in good condition. In this tower you can find a good Italian restaurant.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 10giorni. Viaggiamo spesso e essendo anche noi Host, riteniamo di poter esprimere un giudizio obiettivo e qualificato. Purtroppo, l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative e di quanto descritto nell’annuncio. Vorremmo segnalare le mancanze al proprietario in modo che possa ovviare: **Difetti riscontrati:** - Impossibilità di regolare o spegnere l’aria condizionata centralizzata: temperatura fissa a 20°C, troppo fredda . Eravamo con la felpa in casa. - Cucina non perfettamente pulita e poco attrezzata: pochi utensili ed anche unti, padelle e pentole di scarsa qualità, sporche e rigate,pochi coltelli che tagliavano , piatti disassortiti, tagliere vecchio e sporco. Nessun contenitore di plastica , spugne per lavare già usate e sporche , forno con vetro molto sporco, assenza totale di piccoli elementi di benvenuto (sale, zucchero, olio, pepe, tovaglioli). - Pressione dell’acqua fredda molto bassa; l’acqua calda arriva invece in eccesso, rendendo difficile lavare piatti ,bicchieri pentole etc. - Mancanza di strumenti per la pulizia (niente scopa, paletta o sacchetti di ricambio per la spazzatura). Presente solo un vecchio mop sporco, probabilmente lo stesso usato dal servizio di pulizia. - Bagni non igienizzati a fondo: capelli negli angoli e nelle docce, segni di ruggine, scopini arrugginiti. Asciugacapelli di qualità scadente che si spegne dopo poco. - Connessione Internet debole e instabile. - Tavolino del terrazzo rotto e sporco, con intrecci in finto rattan saltati. Le cose vecchie si buttano. Non si riciclano.Terrazzo nel complesso non curato. - Ascensori dell’edificio spesso non funzionanti, con lunghe attese. **Aspetti positivi:** - Host reattivo, anche se inizialmente un po’ rigido e con pretese un po’ fuori luogo, ha comunque provveduto a sostituire alcuni elementi. - Materassi comodi. - Ottima posizione e bella vista mare.
