I have stayed 4 times at these apartments and love the location and accessibility to London and frens in the area

The layout of lounge kitchin was a lot smaller, which was ok The main issues was the sofa was so old and broken it could but really be used to sit on and the same for the bed which had several broken springs

Just acting like cons

1. They notified us a day before that due to damage created by previous guests, they had to professionally clean the sofa bed and it may be a bit damp. In practice, it was totally wet and un-sleepable for the first two nights, meaning we had to find an alternative solution for one of us. Look at the picture attached of that sofa bed when we arrived... some cleaning... 2. They are not willing to return the 200GBP deposit as they say we left crayon drawings on the wall. A family of over 19 yy people... a bit of common sense! Probably leftovers from previous guests too (point #1 above), but they don't care, they just want to steal these 200GBP!

Terrible - avoid at all cost.

It’s been refurbished and was very clean. Good location.

The bed was unusable. The mattress was collapsed and I could feel every spring (see pic of old and extremely cheap mattress) - I booked a different place and moved out after one night. The customer service was essentially useless and did not engage to help solve the problem. Also did not respond to my request to check out early and refund the remaining nights. This operation is run by amateurs and you will regret booking with them - there are many other better options. There were other issues - the flat smelled of stale food when we arrived, and the smell lingered through the next day. The bedroom is above an alley with large garbage bins (see pic) which seemed to be in constant use (very loud) and we were woken by a delivery driver at 3 am who proceeded to unload for an hour (very loud). There was no toilet paper when we arrived quite late, and when I complained was told I was in the wrong. The terrible customer experience continues with rude and demanding automated emails you will receive throughout your stay. Overall one of the worst experiences I have had anywhere in the UK.

accom itself was fine but would not stay again as not a fan of management practices, conditions.

Accommodation itself was fine but expensive and could have been presented in a cleaner state. Location good and quiet.

Too many e mails received, way too much information requested, conditions made only after booking and money taken. Security deposit taken then returned way too late and only after requesting its return. Inventory lists items supposed to be present but excludes quantity making it impossible to know if something is missing at start of tenancy. Directions to property via Maps is incorrect. Did not like having to pay 200 pound security deposit and having it held for so long.

Good location, but few things need to be improved.

The apartment was very modern and well equipped. Located in the central part of the city, only few minutes away from the railway station.

We stayed there during Christmas break, so contact with host was very limited. We asked for a new kettle, because our was burnt, but didn’t receive any response from the host. The apartment was dirty, there was mould in the bathroom. Even though we had a reservation for 3 people, the apartment was prepared only for 2, so we were asked to made our bed using dirty duvet from the closet. All those issues were addressed to the host in multiple emails, but still left with no response.

Disappointing

Location. But that’s all. It says I bed I sofa bed it was not it was a futon and not even comfortable as a futon let alone a bed. Extremely disappointing.

The noise we were at the rear of the property which was also the back of pub and restaurants. Also where garbage areas were night is 26th four different garbage trucks rolled in between 1.30am -5.20am.

Good but not flexible

Excellent location for our visit easy to access, no stress about keys. Comfortable and clean When we contacted about 2 small queries, they were sorted very promptly.

No flexibility about an earlier check-in, which was originally 4 pm we arrived on an international flight at 8 am. Then, I later got an email to say check-in was at 2pm. We were told we couldn't check in early as they had people in, and it needed cleaning, but we could pay for an extra night! I think that contradicts itself. No manual for the washer dryer so we struggled to get it to work. It's unfortunate all windows face the back of a restaurant and bar lots of noise from emptying bottles and no warning that bin collection is a Wed very early wake up call. Probably out of their hands. But we will use them again as location was key for us.

Property was lovely, very clean, very comfortable had everything I required.

They don’t state when booking that you have to pay a £200 deposit. They also don’t tell you that you don’t get it back for at least 2 weeks after you check out. I would suggest a holding deposit so that travellers are not inconvenienced waiting ages for money back

The interior is modern

No cleaning products/washing pods, hoover, no cleaned sheets or towels if you stay longer than 1 night. Flat is directly above a pub that plays unimaginably loud music till 2am fri and sat nights. Not sound proof rooms. Very busy noisy people in building.

It was lovely. We were extremely happy with the accommodation - it's beautiful!

We had a bit of trouble entering the apartment as I was given the incorrect code for the apartment door. I had to call the after hours number to let them know and the person on the line solved the issue, but didn't seem too enthusiastic having to answer the phone after hours.
