We organized breakfast ourselves. The location is just 3 minutes from the bus station and Val Thorens center, with easy access to everything. My child loved the bunk bed. The converted balcony into a small dining area was perfect. The mountain view was amazing. The place itself is nice.

The ski room could be a bit better and brighter. It was impossible for two people to take a warm bath at the same evening/morning —once the tub was filled with warm water, only cold water was available. The bathtub is small, and taller people may find it uncomfortable. When the large bed was pulled out, it took up the entire living room, so my child had to jump over it to get to the toilet. Bed linens and cleaning come with an extra charge. The deposit can take up a chunk of your credit card limit.

2-floor bed may be okay for kids, but for a grown man certainly isn't enough - It was shorter than me and creaked terribly every time I tried climbing off it.. Overall experience is quite nice for this price, but weird that you need to pay ~60 euros for a basic cleaning after moving out - it certainly needs to be included in price.

I liked the ideal location: you can ski straight from the apartment to the slopes. The building has a convenient ski storage room. The apartment has a full set of dishes in sufficient quantity, including a grater, corkscrew, kettle and coffee maker and so on. Overall, the apartment is quite spacious, with a cozy kitchen.

I didn't like that the difference in price between Booking.com and direct booking turned out to be almost €300 more through Booking.com. Overall, I didn't like dealing with the agency that rents out this apartment. Communication is very harsh, and you constantly feel like a guilty idiot. Instructions are sent in an imperative tone via email, which I personally find inconvenient, as I didn't want to read my email every day while on vacation. I didn't like that the agency only provides one set of keys, which is extremely inconvenient. This rental option does not include any services: no internet, no bed linen, no towels, all of which must be purchased separately. I absolutely did not like cleaning the apartment at the end of my vacation, as it turned out that cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. I had never encountered this option before. Because of this, the apartment is not as clean as usual (obviously, not everyone cleans as conscientiously as I do, scrubbing the floors, toilet, and refrigerator), especially the panoramic window with a good view of the mountains, but the dirtiness prevents you from enjoying it. The apartment must be vacated very early in the morning, while still having time to do a thorough cleaning. You may also be unlucky with your neighbors: the building is big and has very thin walls. Admittedly, most guests try to be quiet, but there are a lot of young people, and we had techno music at 6 a.m. and animal roars in the hallway. No one regulates the noise. The agency takes a fairly large deposit in case of damage to property, and the funds are blocked for two weeks. Let's see how this works out.
