The unit was comfortable.
I had asked for a second car space, but the agency was unable to help. There were plenty of spaces undercover.
I didn't ask for a quiet room although the unit was quiet.
The key clicker didn't unlock the gate to the outside parking inside the complex. I had to get out of the car and physically use the key to unlock the gate on the inside while my husband drove through the gate.
The information to collect the key and as for the code, I had to ring emergency number for a code for the locked box

The location was great with easy access to the (dog*) beach. First floor apartment was also good - no stairs 🙂 Quality toiletries and staples in the kitchen were appreciated. It is an easy walk into town or a slightly more challenging but scenic route via the board walk. (*Dogs stayed at another house.) Treats from the hosts were a nice touch.
A second set of keys would have been good. We could not park in the underground car park as the height limit is only 2.0m.

Location is amazing, view out to ocean , loved sitting outside on balcony enjoying the view.
The instructions we got with the key lwere not clear regarding entering property - instructions were needed to open the front gate which was complicated to work out. And finding the unit block in the complex was difficult without a map.
