質問に対して親切で迅速な回答をいただきました。
アトーチャ駅に徒歩7‐８分、地下鉄までは約３分。バス停もアパート出てすぐにあり大変便利な場所です。
スーパーマーケットは５分以内に4件でそのうち１件はかなり大きい。2階がスーパーマーケットで１階がサンタマリア市場でとてもにぎやかです。
アパートは４人掛けダイニングテーブル、リビングテーブルとソファで快適です。
洗濯乾燥機があり、室内物干し台とアイロンもありとても便利でした。
まるで我が家のように生活できます。
ゴミは毎日19：00になるとアパート前の歩道にゴミ箱が設置されます。
黄色いボックスがペットボトル、缶、瓶等のリサイクル、グレーがその他普通ごみです。
最初わからなかったですがメールで聞いたらすぐに教えてくれました。
シャワー室の扉の枠の汚れが気になった。シャワーをしながら掃除をしました。
あと、部屋全体が少し臭いがありましたが問題ない程度です。

Magnífica limpieza y atención por parte de Amina. La situación del apartamento es inmejorable, con muy buenoas comunicaciones con el transporte publico. Probablemente vuelva en una próxima visita. Gracias por la atención.
Todo bien, nada reseñable que destacar en el aspecto negativo.

El lugar es bastante acogedor, las habitaciones bien iluminadas y ventiladas, los servicios funcionaron a la perfección, la recepción por parte de la señorita Amina fue bastante enérgica y amable, el joven José , atento a las comunicaciones y absolución de consultas, el lugar bastante céntrico.
Todo fue genial
