The location is excellent, you can access to everything with walking distance. No need to get worry about your breakfast , it is cooked for you. The lady who served us has been very kind and worked hard to make our staying comfortable.
During our stay, the water supply to the villa disconnected for one night, that made our life so difficult. Surprise enough we did not received apology from the Villa management team. It looks like as something normal to happen.

Property is well located and maid was very good
There is no parking space If you are coming with family it isn’t the right, as the the other villa’s mostly give it boys gang They make noise, sometimes behavior also is very rude and not for the family for sure

Room size is big enough
Cleanliness during the stay was the biggest setback. Maid was so careless that until we ask she is not ready to clean the bathroom. She is not even bothered about the changing the bedroom bedsheet on daily basis Maid will come at 9.30 AM to prepare breakfast, who will be in room during that time in Goa, we all go there to visit places. Also finally 16,5K for single days is not at all worthy considering the cleanliness and location of the property
