Amazing property with excellent service from the villa staff. The private pool is a standout—cleaned daily with perfect water temperature. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all featuring spotless linen and well-maintained bathrooms. A hot breakfast is served fresh between 9–11 AM each day. They also provide a dedicated service staff member to assist with kitchen tasks and other daily needs, which is very convenient. Car rentals can be arranged directly at the property, and the villa is just 30–35 minutes from North Goa Airport. We were 4 from London, 3 from Abu Dhabi and parents from India. A memorable Goa vacation.

24 hr security on gate so no one allowed in except for residents. Pretty courtyard setting. Kitchenette well equipped and rooms spacious and air conditioned. Additional bonus of housekeeper/caretaker who also cooked us a traditional Indian breakfast each morning. We stayed in Little Diva 5A which was like a maisonette over two floors, bedrooms on first level and living area, kitchenette and terrace with small pool upstairs. Reception contactable via WhatsApp for anything even when the reception office was closed.

It would have been nice to have a sun lounger on the terrace area. When one of the other larger villas was occupied by a group of men it was quite loud (echos from their villa) with a speaker blaring music and they were talking with raised voices quite a lot, having said this they stopped the noise before 10pm and it was Holi so perhaps this was an exception. I would have complained to reception if it had gone on later.
