Just WOW . Excellent place to stay and enjoy with ur gang. Loved the pool it was very big compared to other private pools. Pefect location very close to main market and restaurants and beach .special thanks to Subhash our caretaker who helped in organising our vehicles and water sports. Villa was beautiful and nice and clean. Would definitely come back here . Strongly recommend.

The property has a very nice pool and the house was a perfect size for a big group like ours. The caretaker, Shubhashish was always available to help out. All the staff is very helpful. They helped us with renting cars, scooters and also booking taxis.
The distance to the beach was slightly more than mentioned. It’s approx 1.5 km and a 20 min walk.

Now thats what a perfect stay in goa is with a perfect location close to beaches and everything . Fantastic well maintained villa. Very clean . Pool was very big and a new one. We really enjoyed .
Highly recommend. Caretaker was very helpful and arranged our entire tours and transport.
