The Property is very well located and you get everything nearby. Staff is good and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy. We had breakfast included in our package, though there were limited breakfast options the food was tasty. Very near to candolim beach 15 mins walking. Would recommend this property to all
Swimming pool had less water purposefully, thought he dept was 5 ft. Pool had water only till 3/3.5 ft. But i guess this was because there was no pool gaurd available to keep the guest safe. Otherwise no problem at all

Only thing to like about the place are the morning chefs who were very good.. i had booked a 3 bedroom suite villa. Definitely it’s not worth the money we pay.
I would like to start with how bad the room AC was. It was not working & had to call the service guys and tell them how to repair and stop the leakage of outlet water falling inside the room. The bathroom door had expanded due to which it was not closing at all. I didn’t call the carpenter but had complained to the management about this. They said will send , I said I came here to relax and not to look at service guys doing repair works.
