Few little bits missing a fan , t towel , cloth

The complex was well located within the town. It was about a 10 minute brisk walk to the train station, which was challenging with loads of luggage, but not unmanageable. There were three grocery stores and a mall located nearby. It was also possible to have an Amazon order delivered to the drop center only a block away. The apartment was very bright and modern and the property manager was very responsive when we called with problems. They did provide some coffee and tea, sugar and milk, dishwasher detergent, and even a fan to help with air circulation on hot days. When we first arrived we had difficult with getting the keys and with the cleanliness of the apartment, but the management was VERY responsive and immediately addressed our concerns. We cannot fault them at all.

The door to the apartment slammed very hard if we forgot to hang onto it when we were leaving. The security door to the building needed to be pulled closed behind you in order for it to lock. Most of the time it was left open, which negated security. There were no dish cloths, broom, mop, face cloths, or other cleaning products. The front entry and hallways became quite dirty over the week with weeds, dust, spilled coffee, etc. making it look very untidy. It would have been nice to see it cleaned up more regularly.

Apartment was newly renovated, modern and comfortable although the double bed was a bit small for two people. extra sofa bed available so we made do.. good central location with local amenities although parking facilities were limited

No personal communication. had a problem upon checking in. Apartment was not cleaned due to a member of staff taken ill.. At the end, and after God knows how many phone calls and emails.. clean bed sheets and towels were left outside the apartment door… cleaning fee of £65 was refunded but would have preferred to have checked in to a clean apartment..
