Spitzenmäßige Unterkunft mit hervorragender und hochwertiger und neuwertiger Ausstattung: bezogenes Schlafsofa (auf Anfrage) vorhanden, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion, Außer dem Badezimmer eine zweite Toilette, eine kleine Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer, außer einer Couchgarnitur ein großer Küchentisch mit 4 Stühlen. Viel Stauraum in allen Zimmern. Ganz besonders praktisch für Reisende sind die offenen Wandregale, in denen sich vieles sehr übersichtlich verstauen lässt. Wunderbar auch die ruhige Lage in einer von viel Grün durchzogenen Wohngegend: Nachts konnten wir problemlos und ungestört bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Die supernette Gastgeberin hat hier wirklich an alles gedacht und war bei Fragen auch jederzeit ansprechbar.

Wir konnten uns nichts ausdenken, was hätte besser sein können.

Przestronne, czyste mieszkanie, jasne, dobrze wyposażone, dostępne miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym, łazienka czysta, ważne, że dostępna pościel i ręczniki są czyste, bez zbędnych zapachów. widać, że mieszkanie na chwilę obeznanie jest jeszcze zużyte. okolica spokojna, bez uciążliwych dźwięków z zewnątrz. skutecznie zaciemniające zasłony w oknach.

przy cenie jaka jest za dobę poniżej lista moich uwag: bogate wyposażenie kuchni, lecz nie ma mikrofalówki. materac wyraźnie twardy dodatkowa opłata za korzystanie z klimatyzacji-45zł/doba-informacja trudna do znalezienia, a potem zaskoczenie. zaktualizował bym produkty dostępne w kuchni- woda po dacie ważności 12 miesięcy (lipiec 2025)

Der Aufenthalt war rundum super. Ivona hat uns wie vereinbart sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie spricht perfekt Deutsch. Sie hat uns gleich den Tiefgaragenplatz gezeigt und wie der Transponder für die beiden Tore funktioniert. Dann hat sie uns das Apartment vorgeführt und uns eingewiesen. Als wir Probleme mit dem Safe und einem Schneidebrett hatten, kam sie noch 2x. Spitzenklasse.--- Das Apartment war schön geräumig und supermodern und topfit eingerichtet. Alles blitzsauber und ausreichend bestückt. Es war auch absolut gut schallgedämpft. NIchts von Nachbarn gehört. Der Blick in die Bäume im 3.Stock war super. Morgens und abends sangen nur die Vögel.

Das Einzige, was man vielleicht beachten sollte, ist, dass man sich als Älterer rutschfeste Duschschuhe und Badelatschen mitbringen sollte. Die Fliesen in der großen Dusche werden durch Duschgel sehr glatt. DAS war aber auch das Einzige. Die Security war wirklich 24 Stunden besetzt, so dass man nie das Gefühl hatte, dass man nun "alleine" ist.

There was a hidden charge for using air conditioning that was not disclosed in the normal places (reservation section or in the fine print). We booked the reservation in part because of the amenity of air conditioning as temperatures were in the mid-upper 30sC. After reserving the unrefundable accommodation we received a text asking us if we wanted air conditioning. If so it would be 45zl/night. Buried in the list of “facilities” —which numbered around 80 things was “air conditioning-extra charge.” This is at best sneaky and unethical. The extra charge amount was not even specified. The owner could have charged ANY amount. We complained to the reception host who was embarrassed and said she has to explain to everyone and cannot do anything. She apologized. Apparently the owner had to begrudgingly pay for A/C in Thailand and chose to charge here in Krakow. My wife and I have stayed in literally hundreds of accommodations in Europe (including many in hotter places) and have NEVER had to pay for air conditioning. If the owner wants to charge for such a service then it should be plain and transparent in the reservation box or in the fine print, with the exact amount specified. This was devious. So be aware: while the accommodation is quite nice it is generally expensive to begin with, then in addition you get gouged by paying ~$18/night extra for air conditioning. I cannot recommend such a sneaky, greedy place despite it being new and nice. I submitted a complaint with Booking.com.
