Comfortable beds, good a/c, the room was super interesting, lots of nice amenities, yummy breakfast, great hosts!
A bit far from the central tourist areas

We had a large family room with two beds, kitchen and washing machine. Breakfast is great with a chef who cooks eggs, pastries, and muffins for everyone. The coffee is quite good. It is a 35 minute minutes walk to UFFUZI museum, other sites are closer. Good restaurants nearby and gelato.
The beds are custom built to slide into and out of there location to provide more room space when not being used. This situation is not ideal for plugging in devices or for overall comfort of two people because of the side walls. The curtains that enclose the beds need a good shake/beating as they are dusty. Fans were needed to cool us for sleeping as large room was not cool enough with air conditioning alone. Ambiance is very Tuscan.

It's a good place to be: the facilities are good, the bed is comfy, and you can have a good time there. The breakfast is really good and the location is good too - walking distance to the centre and really close to train station "Campo di Marte". The hosts are incredible, super helpful and give really good tips about your stay.
All the things above make me feel sad about writing this below, because I really wanted to give this property a better evaluation. But I can't, because it fails where it shouldn't: I couldn't have a good night sleep : ( the walls are too thin, and you can hear the neighbours speaking in the phone at night (and they are not really screaming, they are just talking).

Livia and Irene are wonderful, kind and helpful hosts. Clean, cozy and comfortable accommodation. Located in a quiet area, it is close to bus stations and offers a beautiful walk to the attractions of Firenze. The breakfast is also generous. I cannot recommend this place enough.
