Het hotel was schoon en de kamers waren ruim, op 20 minuten lopen van het centrum.
Wij hadden een appartement met 2 kamers geboekt, omdat we met 2 vriendinnen waren. De eerste avond kwamen we aan en was het ene bed niet opgemaakt. Toen we daarover belden konden ze niks voor ons doen en kregen we te horen: “jullie zijn 2 meisjes toch?”. Uiteindelijk gevraagd of we zelf ergens beddengoed konden pakken en zelf het bed opgemaakt. Ook werkte de codedeur onze laatste nacht niet. We hebben een uur voor de deur gestaan en kregen bijna geen informatie. Toen kwamen er 2 medewerkers lachend kijken wat het probleem is. We voelden ons niet serieus genomen.
