Met veel plezier heb ik verbleven bij Casa do Cairo in Al Rehab. De medewerkers zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, begripvol en behulpzaam.
Op de dag van mijn aankomst wilde ik al om 08.00 uur inchecken, terwijl volgens de website inchecken pas vanaf 14.00 uur mogelijk was. Toch hebben zij direct meegedacht en hun best gedaan om dit mogelijk te maken, waar ik erg dankbaar voor ben.
Het appartement was schoon, rustig en had een prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Daarnaast voelde ik mij veilig en welkom tijdens mijn hele verblijf.
Ik zal Casa do Cairo zeker aanraden aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar een fijne en schone verblijfplaats in Caïro.
Het zou handig zijn als er extra lakens in de kast zouden liggen, zodat je bij een langer verblijf zelf de lakens kunt verschonen. Daarnaast miste ik een dweil en een keukendoek.

El alojamiento estaba super bien calidad precio, muy bonito y disponía de todo lo necesario.
Lo unico que destacaría es que cuesta un poco encontrar la entrada

(Not related to the accommodation directly -Can't enter the society through all gates, if you want you have to bribe the security guard - I had to)
The focal person cares about you only verbally, no practical steps
1. I requested an early check-in, that she denied earlier, then on arrival, asked me to tell 20 minutes before arrival and she reached after 30 minutes, about 25 minutes before the written check-in time and depicting it as a big favor although the apartment was not in use before that (non-accommodative attitude)
2. Almost all drains were blocked, water being spread on the floor (bathrooms & kitchen)
When asked to rectify, the response was that it could be done only 09am-05pm (the time for your visit)
3. No soap and shampoo for bathing, when asked for the same the reply was to use hand wash (how can you use hand wash fixed at the basin away from the bathing area)
4. Air-conditioning is mentioned in facilities, but it's only for cooling, not the heating. You cannot stay comfortably in winter in this accommodation
Overall, it was not a good place to stay
