    We stayed 3 nights, we were very impressed with the size of our room. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very high end with good fittings and fixtures. We enjoyed swimming in the hotel's pool. The beach is located across the road from the hotel, highly recommended.

    The Poem Hotel is , in my humble opinion, adequate at best. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and always enjoyed a warm welcome 🙏. Here the staff seem more interested with their phones than offering a simple smile. The breakfast (eggs and bacon) were cold and disappointing and due to the lack of tables in the restaurant we had to sit outside (through two heavy glass doors- not easy when you are disabled and no help offered. Had to take my bags to and from my room myself, this is the first time I experienced this in Thailand. Suggest staff training programmes. Many thanks Craig F 🇬🇧
