The location was AMAZING - right on Duval overlooking all of the action. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decently sized. Loved having a fridge, microwave, washer and dryer on the property. Staff was eager to help with any issues that arose.
The chairs on the balcony were all broken, the floor was in a state of disrepair in some spots. They entered the premises with very little heads up to replace a shower door. There were NO doors on the upstairs bathroom, even the toilet, which was very odd.

As janelas estão em muito mau estado, sao muito antigas, não tem insonorização. durante a minha estadia apenas consegui dormir apos as 3AM porque o barulho dos bares é constante ate esta hora.
