About this apartment rental
A beautiful architect designed home from the 1990`s lovingly restored and redecorated in 2025. This is a unique 2-part home with the front building consisting of the living room with soaring 2 story ceilings, a floating staircase to the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and half bath, a full kitchen (refrigerator w/ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, Keurig and drip coffee maker, coffee, sugar, creamer are in the refrigerator, etc.) with an eat-in kitchen at the island (4 swivel bar stools) and a full bath with hairdryer, vanity, 17" toilet and tub. The living room features a super comfortable sofa, love seat, swivel chair, large smart wall mount TV, Alexa, bluetooth speaker and multiple USB charging ports. A mini-split AC/heat, ceiling fans are downstairs, a central AC/heat makes the upstairs bedroom comfortable.
Multiple glass doors at the rear overlooks the pool and rear cottage. On the rear porch overlooking the pool and Weber gas BBQ grill is a large table and seating for 6 with a large fan to cool you in the warmer summer months.
Separating the front home for the rear home is a private heated pool, spa. The sun loungers are on the fence in the rear by the private outdoor shower with bath amenities. There is also an outdoor shower with amenities adjacent to the pool.
The rear house has separate entrances to each of the 2 bedrooms via double french doors. One is a spacious king suite with a 14" memory foam mattress, chair, Alexa, 56" smart wall mounted TV and the other a queen suite with a 14" TV, Alexa, 56" smart TV and french doors leading outside. The rear house has central AC/heat for your comfort. There is an intimate shower with stained glass and an adjacent bathroom accessible from either bedroom with a hallway connecting them. The hallway closet has the iron/ironing board, lots of shelves and hanging rods. There is also a private outdoor shower at the rear bathroom accessible by a glass pocket door.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout...PLUS an off-street private parking spot! And just 1/2 block off Duval Street on a quiet lane. A 24 hour CVS and a Subway are conveniently located across Truman Ave.
The spa DOES NOT HEAT IN THE SUMMER as it is in cooling mode but jets work. Pool/spa heater is turned on in the cooler months. Starting in November the spa can be heated for the cooler months enjoyment.

I’d give this house more than five stars if I could. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely immaculate, and the daily maid service made our stay feel especially luxurious and relaxing.The location was perfect — within easy walking distance of everything that makes Key West so special. Since it was quite hot during our stay, we spent our mornings and evenings exploring and sightseeing, then enjoyed relaxing afternoons by the beautiful pool. The awning provided plenty of shade, and thoughtful extras like pool towels and pool noodles made it even more enjoyable.The owners truly thought of everything. Having all paper products stocked was incredibly convenient, and the toiletries were excellent quality — especially the conditioner, which worked wonders on my “beach hair.” There was also plenty of storage space for all of our belongings, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The kitchen was beautifully equipped with first-class appliances, and both the internet service and cable TV worked perfectly throughout our stay. The decor was elegant and inviting, creating a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing week in paradise.This was an amazing home, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West. We would absolutely stay here again.

Layout was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, well appointed. Everything well identified (tho must admit didn’t always read the labels / did ask host often and always had quick & polite responses). Great location & wonderful to have off street parking spot!!

This was our second time renting this home! We had a wonderful stay again! Naomi was a pleasure to talk to and took care of a minor detail we had with booking. The property is in a perfect location with easy walking distance to alll the bars and restaurants! The pool was a big plus!! We willl be back!!
