Old Orchard Cottage

We liked the easy access to the cottage. The cottage was well kept and sued to our needs.

This is small, but we thought a box of tissues and ice trays were kind of a minimum in a rental facility of this kind. Also, the lockbox was a little confusing since there is another lock box in the back of the property. We thought this was the lock box for Entry. A simple sentence saying the front door with the lockbox is up the stairs located in the front porch would’ve been very helpful. The staff was very helpful in sorting this out. It’s not the best thing to be locked out after a long drive.

Everything, a few power outages happened during stay thats why we gave 8.

Small, nice cottage away from the strip for quiet, but just far enough away to walk to everything

Small bathroom, only two queens, not 3 as the ad says, one is a futon.

Beautiful cottage ( just what I imagined). The location was fantastic, beautiful backyard, grill available, quiet neighborhood that felt safe.

Our bedroom was VERY hot, and the AC in the living room is definitely not enough to cool off the bedroom. It was at least 90 degrees in our bedroom with no AC and no way to open the window ( there isn't one in the bedroom that could be open for fresh air ( the one that is there leads to a closed porch window with no fresh air). There is a tiny window in the bathroom, which is not enough to cool off the bedroom. We WERE VERY HOT AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THE NIGHTS and no way to cool off the bedroom whatsoever other than smal fan. The bed mattress is old and uncomfortable. The AC that is in the living room kept tripping the fuse box multiple times throughout our stay! Also, there is no 3 prong outlet in the bedroom.
