About this house rental
This 4 bedroom home in Old Orchard Beach, has recently been completely rebuilt providing enough room for your family to create wonderful memories. It's open concept provides enough room for hanging out inside or out. With a five minute walk to downtown shops, beach, the pier, and Amusements this rental supplies plenty of options. Bedroom accommodations include 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins and a set of Bunks in the fourth bedroom. Kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space. One and 1/2 bathrooms. The television comes with ROKU and streaming services, wireless internet, A/C, and a washer and dryer. Just off the beat and path, enjoy a BBQ in the back yard and see Thursday night fireworks from the back porch. Great set up in a family friendly neighborhood. Must be over 25 years old to rent and this rental is in a quiet family area and its NOT a party area.

The house was beautifully designed and decorated. The rooms were great size awe well as the two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer unit came in very handy, The deck was perfect with gill for cooking out. Location was perfect, teens could go out on their own and older adult was able to walk to beach area with no issues. We had a great time and host was easily accessible.

The house was beautiful. Nice and clean!! One of the bedrooms had bunk beds. Air conditioning was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the center. 2 different dinner sets for outside dining. And nice and quiet at night. Excellent place to stay!!

Nice setup for the size of the property.
Perfect distance from the pier, any further the walk would of been a hike, any closer and you wouldnt be able to escape the commotion of the nightlife.
I would suggest a new grill for the 2024 season but otherwise the place was great.

Very close to the beach and pier. House is clean with plenty of bedroom. Very easy communication with the owner. Would come back anytime.
