The view was amazing
The maintenance guy tried to open the door at 10am but the "security" lock was engaged. He then came back later that day just just walked in.. unlocking the "security" lock while we were on the balcony.

The room needed a lot of work. Appliances didn’t work. The blinds were missing. It was lile a room from the 80s and never worked on or improved upon.

It was very relaxing the hotel had lots to do!!! Lots of games and I loved that. The home was cute, loved the furniture and decor. Vacasa was awesome, we realized the coffee pot was broken our first morning and they delivered a new one, that was amazing because my husband it a big coffee drinker and it’s a good walk to anywhere close for coffee.
Elevators were horrible, cleanliness was lacking everywhere (however people are horrible and it is a BIG hotel) trash chutes were nasty so were hallways and stairs they smelled so bad. Crockpot has no lid, only 4 hangers, other room closet has carpet and things on the floor it needed cleaned up.
