Came down for the boardwalk rock fest and it was a perfect location. Would stay again

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to the boardwalk in 2 minutes and because it is south of the Route 50 Bridge you don't have all that traffic. Great view of the inlet. Nice porch to sit and enjoy views. The unit needs a complete overhaul, though. Everything is dated except the fridge. I saw this comment in other reviews and thought it would be quaint but it is kind of extreme. The building is really nice and clean. Seems to be well-run. I would probably stay there again if I returned to OCMD.

Cons:
- Parking spot is tight
- Found some old tater tots in one chair
- Sleeper sofa is pretty much shot. Main support is bent. Sticks when opening or closing.
- Range/Oven appear to be original to unit based on serial #(~1987)
- Dishwasher appears to be original based on serial # (~1987)
- Slight smoke odor
- One towel was clearly stained and unusable
- Garbage disposal should be labeled and equipped with rocker switch to prevent unintentional usage
- Very confused by check-in process
- Bathroom set-up is bizarre
- Outdoor furniture is not comfortable
- Indoor furniture is not comfortable
