Assateague House is conveniently located bayside at the Ocean City inlet with superb views of the water and the north end of Assateague Island. Staying on Worcester Street in downtown Ocean City puts you right where you need to be to visit the amusements, boardwalk, beach and restaurants without needing to ever move your car. This cozy and bright two bedroom, two bath condo features separate living and dining areas, plus a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to prep and cook family meals. The south facing balcony is in the perfect spot to enjoy an energizing morning coffee or relaxing evening beverage while taking in the sights and sounds of the inlet. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. Assateague House offers an elevator for easy in and out of the building, as well as a bayside outdoor pool and outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when returning from a fun day at the beach. Sleeping up to five guests, this condo includes a king in the primary bedroom and a double bed and twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents any 4 nights in season and any 3 nights in the off season.

This location was a perfect spot for our weekend getaway. The site pictures were exactly what the rental looked like when we arrived. There was a lot of space for the 4 of us to spread out and sitting on the balcony was extremely relaxing. Check in was fast at the management office and we were off to enjoy our weekend. The board walk is a short 5 minute walk at the end of the street. Next door is the Coast Guard and for early risers morning reveille can be watched from the balconies. There is only 1 parking spot for the rental so we had to arrange for parking at a different location. We will make future reservations at this spot when we return to Ocean City.

Always enjoy our stay at Assateague House. This year was no exception. Very clean, quiet and close to so many restaurants and entertainment.

Loved the view of the inlet and the steady stream of boats. Fishing pier right outside and short walk to beach and boardwalk. Only negative were lack of pots in kitchen and cheap coffee pot but did not kill our trip.

We've stayed at this condo building before. Great location. Love the pool. This unit is well decorated. Could use some blankets, new mugs (most are chipped/broken) and a few more pans. Otherwise, the place was great. The management, however, is in need of replacing. The place was not clean. Sand in the bed and everywhere. I couldn't sleep in the bed the first night, and they wouldn't even respond to my phone calls until the next day. To sleep on the couch I had to beat the sand out of the cushions. They never got the dishes out of the dishwasher, we had to do that. Answering service was incredibly rude. When the lady came back, she STILL didn't get all the sand out. She used a vacuum on the bed and the floor but that is not great with sand. They needed to replace the cover on the bed and sweep the floor! She did at least bring a fresh mattress pad, so I wasn't laying on sand. After that, I didn't even try again. We cleaned it up, made the best of it.
