Want the best sunsets at the beach? This is the vacation home for you. Recently updated, beautifully decorated 2nd floor 2BR 2 BA condo with a bayfront pool is walking distance to the boardwalk, the ocean & beach, Sunfest, SpringFest, Ocean's Calling and the amusement rides. Sit on your balcony and watch all of the fishing boats come in for the White Marlin Open. You can see Assateague Island as well. Near Spain Wine Bar, The Angler, MR Ducks, Lazy Lizard, Oceanside Water Sports, and more!!!

Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL.
If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier.

Guest entry instructions: this unit utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The property was nice close to the beach close to the boardwalk. The only problem we had was that the cleaners really didn’t do a good job cleaning. Other than that the property was cozy decorated really nice. I will definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying at the Assateauge! Jodi was an excellent host! The morning we were checking out I sent her a message inquiring about the locations of some things and where they should go, and she answered very promptly! The check-in process was keypad entry and was a step up from the first time which required a drive of 33 blocks away to fill out paperwork and get the combination for access. The house was equipped with all the essential needs to include paper cups to Lynette how often we had to do dishes. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view.! And only a minute walk from the boardwalk. Thank you for hosting us and it was a highlight of our trip.!
