Because the location is bustling it can be a little noisy, but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. Our mattress was uncomfortable but we could handle it for a short and cheap stay

Quiet and easy to get to Near stores

Absolutely great value for money ! The check-in process was easy and direct, the room was nice and comfortable with enough blankets provided to keep warm. My room was on the side of the street and although there was some noise, it wasn't anything bad or unexpected at all. I had no problem getting hot water from the shower and even if I did, the host makes it known there's no problem asking for help. The location is great, it felt easy and safe to get to meeting points for tours that started at 03/04am in the morning.

I do not blame the hostel at all for this as it is located in an old building and there is not much that can be done to avoid this completely but I did see a huge spider crawling around in the bathroom so whilst im sure this is something most travellers aren't bothered by, those with severe arachnophobia should be aware

Very cheap, tv and living room, good internet, free tea but not always water there

Room was a little smelly, cold, hostel was empty and they wanted to make me pay 10 soles for check-out two hours later, doors were always open during the day, nobody at the reception most of the time, reception was not 24 hours
