Location is very good, and stuff is very helpfull. They let me leave my luggage for 2 days in their backrooms, meanwhile I was in Machu-Picchu trip. Also they helped me with cheapest way to reach airport possible!
WC and shower are outside. Cusco is quite cold place, so it was not comfortable to visit these places. Btw room was warm enough

Great central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable
Offered me cocoa tea to help with the altitude.
Wifi cut out a lot.
Shower was downstairs in the courtyard next to reception isn’t nice.
Room door was a thin piece of wood and bar lock. Didn’t feel secure.
