Casa Tunki

I like the overall atmosphere of Casa Tunki. Superb service. Everyone is really friendly and easy to approach. Toilet is always clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Location is fantastic. Giovanny from the reception and the other lady on night duty really made me feel so welcome. The team behind the bar are super nice too. Can’t complain anything. I would really really stay at Casa Tunki again.

Nothing at all

A beautiful place to stay with access to the central parts of Cusco. They were very accommodating and we left our bags for two nights while we did Machu Picchu. Breakfast was good too

The showers lacked privacy and there is no kitchen facilities

Great location, great food and amazing service - Carlos was a great host and helped us with everything, from local tips to getting us a space heater because we were cold.

A bit cold at first, but this was fixed by the space heater

Beautiful indoor area and nice rooms.

Breakfast was not enough, only 1 toast or pancake. They were not flexible at all. I was sick and they did not even want to adapt anything for dinner when I asked for a dish of the menu without the extra cheese and bacon… Other accommodations would have done anything to help a sick client. While I woke up with a fever, my friend decided to go in another empty bed (the whole dorm was empty). In the middle of the night, they came to wake her up even though they knew that I was already sick of the evening before.
