Architectural design and space of the hotel, swimming pools and rooms were decent. Check in and out was much faster than in any other Cinnamon Hotel I’ve been to previously - this was a plus. Staff were very helpful when approached.
Whilst good variety of food, it was dry in a lot of cases.
We would usually get a welcome drink on arrival in any other Cinnamon Hotel - but was disappointed that this didn’t happen - as I always look forward to this. For evening meal in the main area, there seemed to be what sounded like an exciting set of Sri Lankan music and dancers performing, but where we were seated there was no way we could either see it or experience it.

The atmosphere and the location and facilities
The whole hotel needs a small overhaul or refurbishment. I also want to point out the pillows - they were very hard and huge and not very comfortable to sleep on. Other than that - no complaints :) had an enjoyable stay
